These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenoomi mobile application, website (zenoomi.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zenoomi LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Zenoomi," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Zenoomi is a pet wellness application that provides daily care plans, activity recommendations, care reminders, progress tracking, and AI-assisted guidance for dog owners. The Service is designed to help users organize and maintain their pet care routines.
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. The Service may contain bugs or errors. We provide the beta Service on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or completeness of features during the beta period.
The Service does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided through the Service, including but not limited to content generated by our AI assistant ("Peach"), activity recommendations, wellness scores, trend indicators, and health-related observations, is for informational and organizational purposes only.
The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. You should not rely on information provided through the Service to make decisions about your pet's medical care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for questions or concerns about your pet's health, symptoms, medications, or medical conditions.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal clinic immediately.

The AI assistant (Peach) uses general pet wellness information to provide guidance. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Peach's responses do not constitute professional veterinary advice regardless of how they are phrased.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
"User Content" refers to any information, data, or content you submit to the Service, including pet profiles, activity logs, health observations, check-in data, care task records, reflections, and notes.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Zenoomi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The Service may display a "Care Score" and/or "Wellness Trend" based on your usage patterns and logged data. These indicators are designed to reflect your engagement with the care plan and observed patterns in your logs. They are not medical assessments, health scores, or diagnostic tools.
A low Care Score reflects lower engagement with the app, not that your pet is unhealthy or neglected. The Wellness Trend reflects patterns in user-logged data, not a clinical evaluation of your pet's health status.

The Service, including its design, features, content, activity library, AI models, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zenoomi LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service uses third-party providers for authentication, data storage, AI functionality, analytics, and payment processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Zenoomi is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Zenoomi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Zenoomi does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service, including AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENOOMI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZENOOMI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ZENOOMI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenoomi LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means (such as email) prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenoomi LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
